Photographs by Kathy began after many years of photographing my friends' weddings as a gift. I realized that I had a special gift from God of my talent without even taking a photography class.
I have grown in knowledge and experience in photography from research, talking with other photographers, learning from studying photography books, learning from my photography mistakes and gaining experience in many areas of photography.
My greatest pleasure and goal is to use my talent to capture precious moments for my clients in their special times. These photographic memories will bring them smiles and bring their family closer with photos.
Once a month, I photograph the Roanoke Valley Fiddle and Banjo Club concerts in Roanoke, and travel once a year to Louisville, Kentucky to photograph the Southern Gospel Quartet Convention.
Since relocating to Henry County, I photograph groups at the Rives Theatre and have photos available to the groups and audiences.
